No Refund Policy

All subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. We will continue to bill your credit card or Paypal each subscription period unless you cancel your subscription. NO REFUNDS ARE PROVIDED and there are no pro-rated unused refunds available. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not accept order cancellations. Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our processing system to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, once payment is made, refunds cannot be issued.

Membership Policy

Our membership is subscription based service. It will be renewed automatically at the end of each membership cycle unless it is cancelled before the expiration date. Customers can cancel their membership at any time. For membership cancellation, members need to cancel before the expiration date. More specifically, annual membership needs to be cancelled before the annual expiration date. Monthly membership needs to be cancelled before the monthly expiration date. They can do it themselves or contact us for assistance with cancellation. Once the renewed order takes effect, please refer to the cancellation policy above for non refund policy. We reserve the right to cancel a customer's membership if they violate our terms and conditions, engage in fraudulent activities, or misuse our services. The no refund policy applies to all cancellations. We appreciate your understanding.
